BPA8604D/P is suitable for auxiliary power supply of household appliances, especially for microwave oven. It is integrated with 700V high voltage power MOSFET, high voltage startup and self-bias power supply and current sampling circuit. The highly integrated and optimized control technology can greatly reduce the number of peripheral devices and save the system cost and volume.
